The following terms and conditions (collectively, these “Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of empowher-box.com (referred to as the “Site”) and our subscription services (the “Services”), including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.

By subscribing to EmpowHER services or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

Online Purchases and Subscription Terms

Eligibility

The Site is only available for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with EmpowHER and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorised to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of that entity.

Account Registration

To purchase any subscriptions or services from EmpowHER, you are required to create an account. You agree that all information supplied during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that you will maintain and promptly update your account details as required.

Subscriptions

By subscribing to EmpowHER, you agree to pay the subscription fees for your chosen plan for the term specified at checkout. Subscription options and commitments may include 1-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans. Promotional discounts and free gifts may only be eligible for longer-term subscription plans, as specified on the checkout page.

Subscription Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the commitment period unless cancelled. Upon renewal, you will be charged at the standard subscription rate. Any promotional offers or discounts applied during your initial subscription period will not apply to renewed subscriptions. To cancel automatic renewal, you must update your account settings before the renewal date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date means the subscription will automatically renew, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions are binding for the commitment term. If you cancel your subscription before completing the commitment period, you will be charged for the remaining subscription term. No refunds will be provided for early cancellations, and introductory offers or discounts may be revoked if the subscription is not fulfilled as agreed.

Introductory Promotions: Customers benefiting from introductory promotions agree to fulfil the entire subscription term (e.g. 6 months or 12 months). Early cancellation may result in additional charges to cover the cost of services and/or gifts provided as part of the promotion.

Payment and Billing

By subscribing, you authorise EmpowHER to charge your designated payment method monthly or at the frequency of your subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information to ensure continued service. If your payment method expires and is not updated, we may attempt to process charges using the existing payment details. Prepaid debit or credit cards may not be accepted.

Pricing and Errors: EmpowHER reserves the right to adjust subscription fees and correct any errors in pricing or billing, even after an order has been processed. If your credit card has been charged in error, you will be issued a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms

All subscription prices include VAT and applicable shipping costs unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout. Orders are fulfilled in accordance with our shipping terms, and you will receive order tracking details via email upon dispatch. It is your responsibility to monitor your delivery using the tracking information provided.

Loss or Damage

While we take every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, EmpowHER is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. Claims for missing or damaged boxes must be made within 30 days of the designated delivery date.

Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy

Sales and subscriptions on the Site are final. However, if any product is defective or damaged, please contact us. If the product is returned in its original, unopened condition, we may issue a replacement or credit at our discretion. Refunds are not available for products that have been opened, used, or returned outside the conditions specified above. All costs associated with returns are borne by the customer unless otherwise determined by us.

Intellectual Property and Use of Site

The Site and all content, including designs, text, graphics, images, and software, are the intellectual property of EmpowHER or its licensors. You may only use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your EmpowHER services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the Site’s contents without prior written permission from SAB.

Limitation of Liability

EmpowHER will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our Services, including losses arising from delayed deliveries, product issues, or subscription cancellations. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the calendar month in which any claim arises.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting on the Site, and by continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Use.
